No ban for a banner

I CAN say with 100 per cent certainty that visiting team flags are always allowed to be displayed at Edgeley Park – indeed, there is an area of the away section fit for this purpose.
I can only think that: a) this person wanted to hang his flag in a place which was considered to be blocking the view of other fans; b) the flag was offensive, or c) the supporter was not siting in the away fans’ area.
I invite other fans who have visited County to confirm that there is no general restriction on away fans displaying flags and banners.
