I TOTALLY am in complete agreement with your correspondent Alan Thomas (Fans Forum, September 30)when addressing the issue of matchday programmes at games.
Instead of the ‘heavyweight’ productions that are expensive and difficult to store for us collectors and archivists – not to mention not being cost effective for Non-League clubs to produce –why not just issue a basic programme, say costing £1 and containing all the statistics and information that a supporter needs, such as league table, opposition, historical angle, past achievements, relevant fixtures f...
