Printing at home is the way forward

NLP’s Fans’ Forum section in recent weeks regarding the difficulty of obtaining matchday programmes at some grounds these days, I have to say I sympathise with the correspondents.
The cost of printing a matchday programme probably means that clubs with a small attendance actually lose money on programme sales.
I would estimate that you would need crowds of around 400 (25 per cent of whom might buy a programme) to break even.
We have found a way around this at Merthyr Town by printing the programme in house for the last ten years.
For a few hundred pounds you can obtain a printer...
