LAST Saturday, Clanfield (Oxon) beat Cropredy 7-0 in the Oxfordshire Senior Cup, but this was no ordinary cup thrashing.
The interesting thing about this game was the score was 0-0 after 90 minutes, with all seven goals being scored in extra-time.
I wonder whether there has been another instance of a team scoring as many as seven goals in extra time after a goalless 90 minutes?
