IT’S SNOW JOKE: Hebburn volunteers were unable to get their FA Vase game on yesterday

THE ENTIRE programme in both divisions was wiped out by snow and frost in the North East. The big all-Northern League FA Vase clash between Hebburn Town and West Auckland was also a victim of the weather. Around 50 volunteers worked in vain to clear snow off theVictoria Road playing surface on Saturday.
