IN REFERENCE to Val Harrison’s letter regarding 3G pitches (NLP, February 3), there are a couple of factors she doesn’t mention.
Despite the fact that the ball doesn’t ring true, there are other reasons why I am not a fan.
● Currently there is no word on how 3G pitches are recycled at the end of their life. There is only one plant in Europe capable of recycling the pitches. In Holland there ...
