IT’S A LONG WAITE FOR LAMBS TO CLAIM WIN

A LAST-MINUTE goal from Tyrell Waite gave Tamworth all three points as they battled back from being a goal down for a deserved win.
The Lambs thought they had been awarded a penalty in the third minute when Kieran Fenton slid in and brought down Chris Lait, but the Ravens were saved by the assistant referee’s flag as he waived for an offside against Lait.
The opening goal came in the 13th minute.
A flowing move from the back saw Luke Shaw find Tom McGlinchey unmarked in the box and he stroked the ball past Jas Singh.
