SINNOTT’S LOSS IS KING’S GAIN!

LIAM KING cancelled his Gainsborough Trinity playing contract only last week – now he’s back as caretaker manager!
The 31-year-old midfielder has been suffering with a lower back injury this season and decided to walk away from the deal he signed in the summer to give himself the time needed if he’s going to recover.
King, who captained North Ferriby to FA Trophy glory as well as promotion to Step 1 before repeating the feat with FC Halifax, has now been asked to return and look after the team until they appoint a new manager.
