NNAMDI Nwachuku scored in either half to shore up Coggeshall Town’s play-off position as they beat Canvey Island.
Canvey started brightly as Adam Vyse and Michael Gyasi had halfchances before a precise through ball set up Nwachuku for his first.
Danny Sambridge was the hero for the visitors as he saved a powerful penalty from Vyse, with the hosts squandering a number of chances.
