COVENTRY BLOW MAY OPEN THE DOOR FOR ONE MORE

NATIONAL LEAGUE clubs could be on red alert for a potential Football League promotion lifeline this season following news that Coventry City may face expulsion from the EFL.
The League One club could be demoted if they do not confirm where they plan to play their home games next season, with tenancy at the Ricoh Arena due to run out in the summer, and a long-running dispute over rent and other issues with the stadium’s owners, Wasps RFC and the city council, showing no signs of abating.
