■MATT Sykes’s spectacular 30-yard piledriver sealed a 2-1 win for Worksop against title rivals Penistone, in front of a bumper gate of 1,628. The Tigers led through Craig Mitchell and doubled the lead when Sykes beat a man and found the top corner from distance.
Andrew Ring grabbed an 80th-minute consolation but the Tigers move nine points clear at the top. Bridlington missed the chance to go second after being held 2-2 at lowly Albion Sports with Jake Day netting twice including a 90th-minute equaliser.
