No joke for Shots

I’M becoming more and more worried about the short and long-term future of Aldershot Town by the week.
This last month, the club’s commercial department arranged a fund-raising Comedy Night in a bid to lighten the mood at the EBB Stadium and give manager Gary Waddock one last boost to his budget in order to avoid rele gation from the National League.
But, this week, it was announced the Comedy Night had been cancelled due to a lack of interest!
It seems the club’s perilous situation, both on and off the field, has finally gone beyond a joke!
