Lessons learned

THESE last couple of weeks, we’ve read stories of Nuneaton Borough and North Ferriby United fighting for their very existence. Nuneaton have been saved by last-minute investment, while Ferriby have been wound up, perhaps due to over-spending from their FA Trophy final victory in 2015. Both clubs need to lear n from their experience.
Spend only what you have and focus on youth team and community development.
T hat way, you’ll have a presence in the local area and with homegrown players in your squad, crowds may go up and you stand more chance of survival.
