BLACKFIELD & Langley boss Glenn Howes toasted promotion to Step 3 at the first time of asking– and then dedicated the success to his late loyal assistant, Chris Farrell.
Farrell had spent seven happy years with the Hampshire outift with his sudden death back in February leaving a community in mourning.
