MATT GRAY believes the time is right for him to step into his first management role after becoming Sutton United’s new boss.
The 37-year-old has stepped up from head coach, a position he has held at the U’s since December, and replaced the long-standing Paul Doswell.
Gray has been assistant manager at Eastleigh and worked in League Two with Aldershot Town and Crawley Town during a 12- year coaching career.
