PROSPECTIVE new Gateshead owner Neil Pinkerton has vowed to mount a legal battle against unpopular current chief Dr Ranjan Varghese after the crisis club were dramatically suspended from the National League on Friday for flouting financial rules.
National League chiefs found the club guilty of a string of offences including “defaulting on football creditors” and “breaching league rules concerning financial reporting and permitted loans”.
