TREY CHARLES has a training plan pinned to the front of his fridge.
While many players are putting their feet up, the 25-year-old former Hitchin Town winger is still in full flow as he looks to get back to the form that had so many raving.
Charles was offered a deal by SPL side Dundee United last summer – it fell through at the last minute when the management changed – and also spent time on trial with National League high-flyers Solihull Moors.
