NEW boss Darren Byfield is braced to start from scratch at Alvechurch and “in a better place” than when he tackled his first rebuild. The ex-Aston Villa striker left Walsall Wood this week to replace Stourbridge- bound Ian Long, the man who led Church to two promotions followed by the Southern Premier Central play-offs last term.
