Wembley rule ruined my big day

I TOOK a friend to the Non-League Finals Day at Wembley but left less than impressed. As advised was permitted on the ticket, I took an A4 carrier bag but on entrance to the stadium I was told I could not take the bag in.
Instead –with my phone, camera and ticket – I carried my food and water through Wembley, while handbags and rucksacks were permitted. For me, Wembley are driving the Non-League supporters away in what is a great day. Also wouldn’t it make sense to play the finals on a Saturday?
