BURY fans are weighing up a goagain club in Non-League should the Shakers be liquidated.
The League One club was kicked out of the Football League on Tuesday after a takeover fell through.
The League had given the club an extension to 5pm that day to conclude a deal and consequently the news came through that night that the club’s league membership had been withdrawn.
It means the Shakers, formed in 1885, face an uncertain future.
Despised owner Steve Dale, who purchased Bury for £1 and took on the club’s debts in December, still holds the reins, but the club...
