Refs are in such a hurry!

I’VE watched two FA Cup ties this season, Keynsham Town v Brislington (Extra Preliminary round) and Bitton v Mangotsfield United (Preliminary round). Both matches kicked off before the scheduled 3pm kick-off time and in both matches a goal was scored before 3pm. In the first match, it was the only goal of the match! Both were local derbies attracting higher than normal attendances and both home clubs have limited spaces in their car parks. Fans therefore, were having to take longer than normal to park and get through the turnstiles.
Surely referees should be taking this into account?
