WHILE I admire Lee Clark’s bravery in taking the Blyth Spartans job, I can’t help but feel he may have made a costly error.
Don’t get me wrong, it is brilliant to see respected coaches trying their hand at Non-League management but it seems as though Clark may have bitten off more than he can chew.
It was always going to be hard for him with a tight budget but with just one point from their opening eight games, it makes incredibly sober reading.
I do hope he can turn it round but you wonder what the effect a damaging season in National League North could have on Clark&r...
