KIDSGROVE produced a shock result thanks to two goals in two minutes in the second half after trailing at the interval.
Matlock looked set to progress when James Williamson’s header was deflected in as the opening half went into stoppage time.
But Matlock, playing a League higher than the Grove, totally lost their way after half time.
They should have gone further in front though when Dan Bramall crossed from the left, but he should really have shot and a goal would have been almost certain.
