Bignot sets sights on National League

PROUD Marcus Bignot is helping develop the next generation of international talent with England U18s – and is drawing on his experiences to take Guiseley back to the National League.
The 45-year-old recently joined Ian Foster’s coaching staff as part of The Football Association’s Elite Coach Placement Programme to solve the challenge of under-represented black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) coaches.
