THERE must be something in the air in National League boardrooms at the moment with the news three managers have departed their jobs in less than two days!
First we saw Craig Hignett left Hartlepool on Thursday and within a few hours Garry Hill was on his way at Ebbsfl eet. Managerial departures come with the territory these days and nothing surprises anyone in football. But many of us were caught of guard when Fylde made it a hat-trick yesterday by parting company with Dave Challinor.
