Time to look after our vital volunteers…
IT has been another tough week for clubs falling foul of the rules when it comes to ineligible players.
Brighouse Town have joined Willand Rovers in being kicked out of the FA Trophy. Both clubs fielded a player who had played for other clubs in the National League System before joining them. But in the eyes of the rules, they didn’t have international clearance and had to be removed from the competition.
