TWO years is a long time in foot- ball. Just ask Jamie Day. He was Ady Pennock’s No.2 at Barrow when the Bluebirds were humbled by Shaw Lane in the FA Cup and Day could never have imagined where his next coaching role would take him.
But fast-forward to October 2019 and the 40-year-old was stood in front of 80,000 fanatical supporters for a World Cup qualifier between two of the planet’s most populous countries.
