Clackstone fires the Reds ahead

ALFRETON TOWN secured a second consecutive victory to pull away from the relegation zone as they saw off struggling visitors Hereford. The Reds secured back-to-back wins for the first time since August. Defender Josh Clackstone gave Alfreton the lead with his first goal of the season.
His strike from the edge of the box nestled into the bottom right corner in the 31st minute. The Bulls had the opportunity to equalise just before the break, when Alex Bray’s great counter-attacking run lead to him unleashing a shot that struck the side-netting.
