IN A GAME vital to both sides Buxton took all three points. Both sides found it hard to control the ball on the difficult surface. Grantham won the first corner on four minutes, but Buxton had the better of the opening stages with Rod Orlando Young having a shot blocked on 11 minutes.
Lee Hughes burst through for Grantham but was marginally offside. The game became scrappy with neither side taking control, but Grantham took the lead on 29 minutes when Curtis Morrison latched onto a through ball to fire past Shelton. Grantham were now on top. Craig Westcarr...
