IT’S been very worrying in recent weeks to read about an increase in supporter abuse on our terraces this season.
From Premier League to Non-League, it’s a nationwide problem which doesn’t seem to be going away any time soon.
Last week, it was Hartlepool United fined for their supporters’ racist behaviour against Dover, but, sadly, it’s becoming a regular occurence now where obnoxious ignoramuses are leaving their mark. Where is the inventive football terrace humour of yesteryear?
