Are Bigg changes afoot for Hoppers?

I LIKE to visit Non- League clubs at all levels in Bedfordshire and Hertforshire, but have now noticed a worrying trend.
I visited Biggleswade Town last week and found that there were no programmes on sale and no team sheets available to supporters.
This the first time this has happened at Steps 3 or 4. Is this the shape of things to come?
