It was only nine months ago Halesowen Town were tumbling out of Step 3 in what was an unsurprising relegation.
The Yeltz had finished second bottom of the Northern Premier League the previous year and in 2017 were 19th.They recorded only six wins last season in one of their most miserable campaigns on record.
