MARRIOTT AGREES NEW LINNETS DEAL

STAR striker Adam Marriott has given newly-promoted King’s Lynn Town a massive boost by agreeing to stay at The Walks.
The 29-year-old former Lincoln City and Stevenage striker was being watched by a number of Football League clubs after scoring 28 goals in 31 games as the Linnets won National League North.
Marriott was thought to be tempted by a move back to the Football League but has now staged a U-turn and committed his immediate future to Ian Culverhouse’s side.
