I STILL remember the day I found out my time at Hull City was over.
I’d joined the club when I was 11 and signed as a first year pro when I was 18, but it all came to an end the following year.
I was on loan at Harrogate at the time and the manager (Simon Weaver) wanted to sign me permanently.
I went in to speak to the people in charge of the Hull academy, to ask what was happening with me.
