MARKET Drayton Town got their pre-season off to the perfect start with a 3-1 victory over a hard working Sporting Khalsa side.
Against the run of play Drayton took a 28th minute lead when Callum Graybrook crossed the ball for Jamie Hands to fire home the opener.
Khalsa deserved their 54th minute equaliser when following a good move down the right Matthew Gardner headed home.
However, they were level just three minutes when Michael O’Toole was brought down inside the box and Graybrook slotted home the spot kick.
