THE 2004-05 season was a remarkable one for Grays Athletic Football Club. Promoted to the newly formed Conference South, they would go on to claim the league title at the very fi rst attempt.
The club also completed a Non-League ‘double’ by winning the FA Trophy at Villa Park.
