£10M RESCUE GRANT TO ARRIVE THIS WEEK

NATIONAL League, North and South clubs will receive the first instalment of the Government’s £10 million rescue package this week.
The league secured the crucial aid two weeks ago, which allowed the season to go ahead as planned on October 3 behind closed doors.
The big kick-off meant player and staff contracts were activated but without word since, cash-strapped clubs are getting impatient, desperate for the grant money to land.
Now, the National League has told its 67 member clubs to expect the first payment via the FA this week.
