Stimson: We must follow suit of EFL

MARK STIMSON hopes the EFL’s decision to allow clubs to make five substitutions will see Non-League follow suit.
The Hornchurch manager has been calling for the increase from the current three permitted subs for players’ health and safety in light of the busy fixture calendar exacerbated by the lockdown pause.
