CARETAKER manager John Dungworth reckons predecessor John Pemberton was used as a fall guy for Chesterfield’s poor start to the season.
Pemberton left the club by mutual consent Wednesday morning following Tuesday’s night’s defeat at Altrincham, which left the Spireites ensconced in the bottom three of the National League with six defeats from eight matches.
