NEW Chesterfield manager James Rowe is under no illusions the size of the job at hand – and is warning it will take time to turn things around.
The 37-year-old has become the fourth permanent appointment at the Spireites since they dropped into Non-League two years ago.
John Pemberton was the latest to go and almost 60 candidates applied for the job, but Rowe “stood out a mile” in the view of chairman Mike Goodwin....
