The new Tier restrictions tough to bear

IT’S BEEN a week of mixed news across Non-League football. The Government’s announcement that fans would be able to return to ‘elite’ sports – which includes the National League’s three divisions – is hugely welcome.
It’s been a long time coming having been forced into hibernation back in March and then kicking off this season behind closed doors. Talk to anyone involved and they will all tell you how much fans are missed. Games almost take on a training-ground kickabout feel.
