EVEN after nine months away, Aldershot Town fans could be forgiven for thinking that the more things change, the more they stay the same – their team never do it the easy way!
Welcomed back to the EBB Stadium by an archetypal game of two halves – which saw Daggers boss Daryl McMahon label their opening 45 minutes “a disgrace, the worst I have ever seen as a manager” – the Shots were something approaching rampant in the first half but perhaps ended the game fortunate to have taken the three points.
