EVESHAM United advanced into the second round for the first time in 20 years after edging out Bideford on penalties.
There was little between the two sides throughout this contest and particularly in the opening 30 minutes.
Harry Franklin twice went close fo the hosts in the opening period, his first effort comfortably gathered by Liam Kingston and then the second was sent narrowly wide.
