JIM GANNON says he “couldn’t have wished” for a better draw for his Stockport County side after pulling out a home tie with Premier League giants West Ham United of the hat.
The Hatters boss is a self-confessed Hammers fan and secretly wanted to draw the east London club after edging out Yeovil Town in a thrill-a-minute all-National League clash on Sunday.
Gannon took his twitter to express his delight afterwards, saying: “Couldn’t have asked for a better draw.
