JAY MURRAY struck late as Clevedon knocked out last season’s semi-finalists Bitton in a seven-goal thriller at Hand Stadium.
New Zealander Murray was in the right place at the right time to tap in with five minutes left to settle a see-saw encounter.
The hosts proved fast starters, taking the lead on eight minutes when Murray sent Elliot Nicholson racing clear to slot home.
Ethan Feltham twice went close to a second, his first effort hitting the post before another strike forced a smart stop from Bitton keeper Dan Worton.
