Goals from Lewis Jago, Zach Wheeler, James Roberts, James Bridges, Morgan Parsonage and Andy South saw hosts Plymouth Marjon hit six goals past them without reply.
Gabriel have now conceded 193 goals in just 16 games while scoring only five in reply.
A 95th-minute Ben Edge goal saw Honiton Town win 4-3 at Torridgeside AFC, with Chris Long, Finley Rooke and Liam Dingle scoring their earlier goals.
