Super Ted was a comeback king!

I WAS desperately sad to learn of Ted Hardy’s death on Friday, aged 91.
His spell as manager at Hendon 1985–87 was one of the few times his teams were involved in a relegation battle.
Yet, the following season, he led the club to fourth in the Isthmian Premier and reached two cup finals.
Ted’s achievements as manager of various clubs in the Isthmian League rightly earned him a place in folklore.
