PETERBOROUGH Sports reached the last 32 after two goals in three second-half minutes helped them overcome the Northern Premier League frontrunners, who finished the tie with ten men.
Basford took the lead on three minutes when Ryan Wilson’s longrange free-kick evaded attackers and defenders alike before being spilled into the net by Sports keeper Lewis Moat.
After a quarter of an hour, Sports were back level, in-form Dion Sembie- Ferris cutting inside and finding the net with a fierce drive.
