Aggregate results and keep it all real

HERE’S an idea is ensure we all still have something to play for…
How we make all the games from 2019-20 and 2020-21 meaningful by aggregating all the results from the two aborted campaigns to produce league tables that reflect and recognise the efforts of all clubs over the last 17 months?
At least this would provide the desired promotion and relegation on a merited basis.
