JONES IS BACK FOR ANOTHER CRACK AT ROVERS

WARREN Jones has been appointed to the hot seat at Atherton Laburnum Rovers for a second time.
Jones had been in charge of the North West Counties Division One North side as caretaker manager since the resignation of Mark Robinson last month. It is the third spell at Crilly Park for Jones, having been appointed as manager for the first time in 2018.
He was also the club’s assistant manager under Michael Clegg.
A popular figure on local football circles, Jones was also number two to Clegg at neighbours Atherton Collieries.
